Do you know what it's like to be at 6,000 ft in an airplane traveling at speeds you can't even attempt in a car? It's one of the most scariest feelings in the world. Of course, most people are just scared of heights in general, like climbing a ladder or standing on a roof. Thos things don;t seem to bother me, but to be so high that al the towns and people look like a child's play village is a pretty scary situation for me. Maybe it's no the fact that it's so high, maybe it's the fact that theres a pretty good chance that I could die if my parachute didn't open fast enough. Just think what it would do to your body hitting the ground at 175 mph. It would be like throwing a stuffed animal out a car window while driving down the interstate. Not a very pretty picture. Death could play a big role in this challenge of trying to fight my fear.
