After 35 years, Hard Rock has branched globally with 110 cafes, five hotels, casinos, live music venues, and Rockfest. Its cafes serve over 100,000 meals each day. While Hard Rock has marked its place in the service industry, close to 48% of its revenue comes from its various retail shops within the restaurants. Hard Rock tries to focus on being innovative in the entertainment business (Heizer & Render, 2006).
Despite their many successes, there are a couple of problems that Hard Rock could encounter.
