When it comes to defending herself, Jane Eyre, is a very strong and decisive person. She seemingly isn’t a strong and decisive person when it comes to men and to other things like; going into the red room, and forgiving her aunt. Jane had a lot of up’s and down’s in her life. Some of the good things in her life would be; Being proposed to by the love of her life, leaving her Aunt Sara Reed to go to the Lowood School, finding out she had nice family relatives, seeing she had and inheritance from her dead uncle, and marrying Rochester. Some of the bad things that happened to her was; Her cousin hitting her, Jane having to go to the Red Room because of her actions, her illness, being starved in the Lowood School, her best friend passing away in her arms, her good teacher Ms. Miller leaving, her wedding being stopped, and other things.
