ABSTRACT
Able corporation will be developing a starting system of implementation of system such as Q system to help maintain durability with in the international market. With in a ten-year period Able Company will be in over 8 international corporations and regions to expand their appliance corporation to the community of the world. Through in-depth research and of mergers of large corporation such as Best Buy and Wal mart Able Corporation will be able to decide the mission of the corporation into the future developments of their product. Recommendations will be made to help establish system to be in place for not only operational management but for distributors international.
INTRODUCTION
Able Corporation was a locally owned appliance store that was efficient in lawn movers, microwaves, and power tools and many more products. It was started in the mid 1950’s in Tennessee. Since the 1950’s Able Corporation has grown multinational investment company that offers all larger and small appliances. Able Corporation is not sold through out the U.S and Canada through Large commercial warehouse stores such as Sears, best Buy, and Wal mart. Able Corporation is setting up a strategic plan in which to operated complexly multinational and worldwide with in the next five to ten years. Even though Able Corporation is doing well with recent advertisements with in inserts in the bi and weekly paper a more in-depth plan is to follow on how a small corporation well be able to follow a well developed strategic plan to become a major international corporation in the appliance market.
