Distinctly, when one applies himself to his education pensively, clearly his academic standing is the bare witness and defense to taking the initiative, gaining recognition, building responsibility, and competing for that high 90. However, I also believe that there is more to a student then solely what his grades display and what rank he is known for in school. Therefore, I beg to differ.
Personally a High A’s or Low C’s isn’t always evident ways to present ones determination or potential towards schoolwork. A student who works hard in school but panics to comprehend during testing time might not demonstrate the ability he possesses. This necessarily doesn’t mean that he isn’t intelligent or logical. Indeed a student who is bright but gradual with handing in assignments may end up with lower grades then other classmates. Therefore you cannot always announce who is capable or not through a weak grade.
A punctual student, even under pressure I began to realize that through the observing what others are capable of gave energy to my baffled mind. It My transcript grades don’t reflect the challenge it was to fix the wounds carved into my transcript. It doesn’t reflect the main motivation that pushed me to succeed even this far. Nor the feelings I sensed after earning the highest grade in class or the lowest score in class.
It began during my junior year of school. A serious malpractice with my mother caused me to fall short of my studies for a period of time. No excuses, my father probed I concentrate on school. But at a certain point everything seemed impossible as the dark days in my life only began to come more frequently. At 15 I recall being the only teen working to struggle to keep a family financially stable. Usually it felt like giving up was the easiest way out of the dark hole.
My record doesn’t indicate the extra time I spent in school to be abreast of graduation like the rest of the 09 seniors. The extra...
