Topic- how airport is unfair and unfit!
Airport security is unfair due to the fact that small children, elderly people, pregnant women are continually harassed unfairly.
A woman can be six months pregnant with another child in her arms, and if chosen they will completely remove the child from her, search all of her luggage, producing undue stress on someone already in a delicate state.
In today’s state of security due to the enforcements of homeland security brought into enactment after 9/11, with poor steady regulations of what should be and should not be done. Including a branch of the government that has seemingly produced its own rule and enforcement, which at times could seemingly almost appear as a police state?
People should not continue to be harassed when they don’t even meet a particular profiling of what homeland security considers to be security risks, instead they use a flawed system of identifying these potential security risks doing random screenings with no real basis for searching people unnecessary.
This has produced extra expenses that fall upon the American society through taxes, producing extra time needed to get to airports. Today it is advised to arrive at an airport roughly one to two hours before a persons flight takes off.
Roughly it comes down to two things, first our need to feel secure in an environment where all we have had is false alarms with no real produced situations since 9//11.
The need to not unfairly profile against America citizens where we always say that we have equality of people and rights, which is completely contradicted when someone enters an airport. Unnecessary
