Analysis of Team Charter

A Team Charter is a document that explains or demonstrates the team’s mission, objectives, possible conflicts and conflict resolutions. It is used as a guideline to display the team’s strengths and weaknesses and as a reference when or if a conflict arises. A Team Charter is used in many different scenarios, mostly used in Project Management best practices.
This particular assignment led us, my team, to learn a bit more about each other, has individuals and how we trust and listen to one another. Each of us took the following tests: Jungian 16-Type Personality, Do I Trust Others, and How Good are my Listening Skills. Overall, our team scores were fairly similar, which I speculate is both good and bad. I will proceed to explain how we all scored in these three tests.
My score for the Jungian 16-Type Personality was ENTJ, which means that I am outgoing, have good leadership skills, I am a creative thinker, and do not tolerate ineptitude. For the Do I Trust Others test I scored a 2; which means I pretty much tend to trust people at first glance. On the last test I took, How Good are my Listening Skills, my score was a 41. In accordance to the results given on this last test my listening skills are fairly good although they could use some improvement.
Rafael’s score for the Jungian 16-Type Personality was ENTP, which means he is unique, creative and inventive. For the Do I Trust Others test he scored a 1, this means that he is a trusting person and mostly has good faith in people. For the third test, How Good are my Listening Skills, he scored 46. This score tells me that he has good listening skills.
Vanessa scored ENFP for the Jungian 16-Type Personality test. It tells me that she is a highly creative individual and that she mostly sees the bright side of things and is very much a people person.
