Remember the Orphan Annie? Adopted by Mr. Warbucks from the Orphanage she lives there with him, a millionaire. But what happens after that? In Annie Warbucks it is the continuation to the tale of Annie's life.

The Characters in Annie Warbucks are Annie, Mr. Warbucks, Grace, Harriet and Sheila.

The Setting takes place in New York in Mr. Warbucks' house during Christmas time.

It starts with a phone call from Commissioner Harriet saying that Annie must be taken back to the orphanage if he doesn't find a wife to be a mother for Annie. According to the law he has 60 days to find a wife or Annie will be taken back from him. Mr. Warbucks and Grace, his secretary, dread the thought of loosing Annie so Mr. Warbucks puts an ad in the newspaper. He takes them to dinner but doesn't have a liking to them. He meets a Lady named Sheila he feels fondness towards her and they get together. Little does Mr. Warbucks knows that Commissioner Harriet has a secret plan to get Mr. Warbucks money by having her daughter Sheila marry Mr. Warbucks and cash in.
Annie overhears the plan   and being Neglected leaves and runs away and ends up in Tennesse. There she meets a family and they found out she's annie warbucks. They tell her that her father is looking for her and is offering an award. They offer to take Annie back, and Annie promises them the prize money
