DEVELOPING GOOD BUSINESS SENSE
Three companies that I choose are my local Food town in ocean twp NJ, Macys of Eatontown, and Jersey Shore hospital. The local food store is a regular spot that I go too. There employees are always friendly and helpful. All the cashiers know me when I come in. The shelves are always filled and the food is always fresh. The hours are great too.
Macys of Eatontown is a great clothing store but the service isn’t great. The employees aren’t really helpful and nice. The clothing in the store is neatly put there but they need to work on the employees about attitude and hopefully they can change their ways.
Are hospital is the top hospital in NJ and has the best ICU. There employees are the best on hand for the little things and the big things like birth and car accidents. I had a true experience there when my son was born a month early and only weighed less then 4lbs. He was in intensive care for about two weeks and they had the best employees ever. The tasks they do are nothing compare to the lives they save.
Employees are organized in different ways but they are in the end trying just to make it in the business world. Each company has different rules and requirements that each employee has to meet to keep their job.
