Classroom Management
Establishing a classroom environment
Managing class time
Providing support for special needs students
Motivating students toward success
Order and disorder in the classroom
I chose this concept because I feel that it is the first step towards a great year with your students and that it will get your students to communicate and interact with you more from the start.
I chose time management because this is a very essential and crucial tool to have in a classroom when you are only given so long per subject and you have a full class to teach.
I chose this because special needs students need a little more help than others. Special needs students are just as much your students as any other students, they just need more help and support which I will give.
I chose this concept because it is important to have order in your classroom and disregard and manage the disorder so that your students are getting the education allotted to them.
I chose this because students need motivation to progress in life and use as teacher must give it to them since we are the educators. Motivation and education go hand in hand, you cant have one without the other.
I Establish my environment with my students from the first day of school and I will continue to structure my class around this environment so that my students know what will be.
I will map out my year prior to the school year beginning and change it accordingly first by week and then by day, and I will stay on top of my time management as needed.
I will check on my special needs...
