Are You Ready Boots

“Are you ready, boots?”
1. The story is about a girl named Lulu.   She, Spencer and Betty were going shopping when suddenly she spots a pair of kinky boots on discount.   Yet one day she never wore them for six months and regrets purchasing them.
One winter evening Spencer invites Lulu and his pals to a new restaurant.   Spencer asks her to wear those boots she had just bought.   And so she did.   Then suddenly she spots a rich, handsome young man named Charlie.   From that time on they went on dates, and later into a relationship.   When Lulu tells Spencer about it, he disapproves.   Finally though later on, Lulu and Charlie get married.   That night she wears the boots in front of Charlie to test if he would notice.   As he comments how awful those boots look, Lulu leaves him and thought about the fact that Spencer was right.   Charlie was a handsome ass.
2.   Lulu, as the main character is a typical ambitious young woman.   She dresses in such a way that she thinks she can catch just any rich, handsome young man.   She is very much focused on her physical appearance and not the real person she is inside.   She is also very much a brave girl who takes the initiative in starting a conversation with Charlie.  
I believe that the boots gave her more self-confidence, “They made me look richer. Kinder.   More intelligent.   I felt like I had won the shoe lottery.”   She is very much a typical town-girl who is out to visit New York City in search of a boyfriend.   She is also on a town trip out with Spencer where they got themselves drunk. “Now totally overexcited-Spencer had always that effect on me, not unassisted by the second bottle of Cristal he had insisted…)   She is fashion-fixed, that is she chooses an expensive brand of boots, “And they weren’t just boots-they were actual Manolos.”
3.   The role of men in the story is that I believe they are some kind of a necessity.   One would always prefer a rich, handsome and...
