This statement is possibly true.   I want say beyond a reasonable doubt because with our economy today, we can barely keep our jobs. A cell phone may not a necessity anymore.

schools generally score higher on the Graduate Record Examination than
students from Central State, it follows that the Ivy League schools do
more toward educating their students than Central State does.

This statement is possibly true or possibly false. These schools seem to seek out students with GPA’s 4.0 and higher. Those students are already well educated when they arrive there.
