Being able to communicate effectively is valuable traits that can help your business career flourish. Employers consider top notch communication skills to be advantageous to their companies, so both you and your employer can benefit from your ability to communicate well. It is well worth the effort to refine your communication skills, because communication is a necessity in nearly all areas of the business world.
Being able to have open communication skills will help you manage your daily activities. You should not have any big surprises throughout the day if you have communicated with other what your schedule will be. I think this will help make the employee more productive because if they can receive the proper communication right the first time they will not have to go back to change their work.
The company that I work for has two trends job flexibility the rapid rate of change. The company is very job flexible most of their orders they receive are processed that day. There customer satisfaction is high because of the job flexibility they posses. The outsourcing the rapid rate of change is the trend that this company goes threw not just in communication but in the rest of the company’s activities. To help keep up with the communication the company is hiring more people.
Workers are doing a much wider variety of tasks. Today’s secretaries, as mentioned earlier, are likely to be researching, planning meetings, and keeping records of the department’s expenses. Even as more bank customers use ATMs for deposits and withdrawals, banks keep tellers on hand to help with more complicated problems and to sell financial products (The McGraw?Hill Companies, 2008).
