Negative reactions and how I plan to avoid them.
There are three major points that I am going to focus on to ensure that I will not receive an unwanted reaction to my proposal.
The biggest reason that I can think of involves the cost to hire a confidential shredding and cleaning service. One way that I can keep company out of pocket cost to a minimum is by creating customized cleaning schedules to meet company specific needs. I operate 24 hours a day seven days a week 52 week a year to accommodate company specific times and needs. My company is also available for on call needs should you ever need them. I offer discounted rates for multiple sites within a location as well as a referral rewards program. I will show how valuable time can be given back to the company’s employees that have been doing the cleaning/maintenance, so he/she will be able to devote their time to company related needs like marketing and developing, or scheduling.
The second point I will be addressing will be confidentially. All of my employees have state criminal and drug background checks done. They are all bonded by the state. I will address how I properly dispose of the shredded materials once we have finished. Every employee signs a confidentiality contract paper upon hire.
The third major point I will be focusing on is Professionalism and Reputation. All of my cleaners are professionally dressed when they enter into a job site. I require a business casual appearance for my entire staff while they do in office cleaning. I will also be providing the company with a list of references that they may call to verify my quality of work. My company has been established for 15 years.
