Art during the renaissance was to me the most important part of the renaissance. The art from the dark ages and during the Renaissance time has changed by 180 degrees. The arts went from looking like a 3 year old drew it, to looking like it was created by the gods. Art was probably to me the thing that was most influenced during the renaissance period.

B-Bubonic Plague
During the renaissance a great tragedy struck the people. The bubonic plague was rumored to start from the east side of the world in China. The plague then spread to the west by the Mongols who pillaged villages and helped spread the plague. The plague soon reached Italy and the western kingdoms of Europe, it devastated Europe wiping out 1/3 of its population only in Europe, that’s approximately 25 million people.

C-Cathedrals
The reason why cathedrals and many other architectures where built during the renaissance period is because people focused more on human ability and focused on how smart they were instead of being so god fearing . Cathedrals came in two forms Gothic and Romanesque. The type that took over the European region were gothic cathedrals. They have very high roofs and intrigued designs all over the cathedral and on the inside

D-Donatello
The greatest sculptor of the early renaissance was Donatello. He was a successor to both Ghiberti and Brunelleschi, and went on to create several masterpieces for Cosimo de Medici in Florence. His most famous work is called the David , which sculpted the Hebrew king in the   style of a Greek god .David was the first freestanding nude figure sculpted since the Roman era. Donatello also created the first bronze statue of the renaissance, showing an soldier on horseback.
