Reflection
I learned and enjoyed all of the assignments of this course in the world of Understanding Nutrition. They all were very interesting and informative on learning the concepts of a healthy and balanced diet, and developing strategies to meet the changing nutritional way that humans go through in the various stages of life from pubety to adulthood.
Reflecting on the subject fundaments from section one through section six about Plannig a Helathy Diet and the priciples and guidelines, Digestiona, Absorption, and Transport to health befits of specific nutrients, the impact of Water; Vitamins and Minerals, Energy Balance and Body Compositions, nutrition throughout the stages of a persons life by age, gender, race, or personal habits, and Consumer Concerns about Food and Water of foodborne illnesses.
What I have learened about in all of theses assignemst that has affected my life in terms of my overall health and nutritional habits along with personal experimantation is how to establish and consume food that will enhance my body's ability to cope with the reality of every day life. By improving my goals to living longer with exercise and quality food consumptions to live a happier and more healthier lifestyle. By using thses techniques it takes a required amount of discipline and time to establish a healthy eating plan or adequate physical activities to master oneself to achieve better health conditions from illness and disease.
Drawing basic conclusions and getting knowlege about healthy eating and exercise plans helped me to focus on what constitues good health whis is the freedom to pursue all the things in life that are important to life for and poor health conditions will not. Poor health limits what can be done and it imprisons a persons wellbeing or livelihood.
