Blood Red Ochre Heroic Cycle Essay
Essentially, every single story follows a frame-like series of events called the heroic cycle. Although some stories may not follow it exactly, they still follow the basic outline of it. The story that I will be writing about in this essay right now though is called Blood Red Ochre. It is quite a lengthy novel, and doesn’t exactly start following the heroic cycle until about halfway through the book.
