I am continuing to read Harry Potter 5 and it is just as good as the beginning if

that were even possible. This book is written by best selling author J.K. Rowling and

based on this book alone I can see why. We are getting to the middle of the book and

I am extremely excited because the middle is where the main climax is.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione are at the sorting ceremony and the opening feast.

Once the ceremony and feast were over Professor Dumbledore gave a few start of

term announcements only to be interrupted by the new Defense Against the Dark

Arts teacher, Professor Umbridge. Harry recognized her as one of the people that

voted against him during his disciplinary hearing. She made a speech about the

Ministry and how they will be introducing a new teaching method at Hogwarts. After

this Dumbledore released the entire school to their common rooms. Ron complained

about his Monday schedule because it was made up of his least favorite subjects. He

wished that he had one of Fred and George’s Skiving Snack boxes to their surprise.

Fred and George said that prefects didn’t slack of classes. Then Ron showed them his

Monday schedule. Then Fred and George offered a nosebleed nougat to him for cheap

since it was still in the Alpha phase. For this reason Ron passed. After they ate

breakfast they headed to their first class. A double period of History of Magic. Ron

and Harry ended up playing hangman for the entire session. Then Harry had one of his

worst potions class yet. He missed a part of the potions instructions and Harry made

his potion wrong. This caused Professor Snape to humiliate Harry in front of the entire

class. When the class was over they headed to another one of the classes Harry hated

which was Divination. Professor Trelawney told the entire class what they would be

learning over...
