I. STATEMENT OF RECOMMENDATIONS
1. The company should apply cost accounting methods to ensure long term profitability for the company.
2. Brithinee should decrease the time spent to build and ship control panels by decreasing the time needed for acquiring metal structure that housed the electrical components.
3. Brithinee should concentrate less on acquiring and meeting ISO 9002 standards and more on expanding their business.
4. It is important for Brithinee to develop proper methods to track and measure the labor costs associated with control panel projects.
5. Before handling the costs spreadsheet to customers, is should be double checked.
6. The number of employees should be increased in all departments according to the respective requirements.
7. Brithinee should work to increase the efficiency of electric motors after repairs and dampen electricity consumption.
8. It should develop some marketing strategy to increase new motor sales.
9. It should do proper market research to find out applicable reasons and also should research regarding the growth prospects.
10. It should develop proper marketing strategy for its products and invest more in the same.
