Capitol Punishment

In some cases,   I believe the United States should continue to used Capitol Punishment. I believe it should be used in cases where a person has committed a crime against helpless children , helpless elders, and helpless mental retarded people that can not think for themselves or have brain capacity of a child. I believe they should not sit in prison for years before they die. I think that gives them a chance to ask for forgiveness and plus I feel it hurts the family of the person they have murdered. But also in the facts ,there have been 216 black people killed because they killed a white person   in an interracial murder. Florida had 2310 people that are on death row since 2010. There have also been 1052 lethal injection since 1976.
