The five most significant strengths that contributed most to my successful college graduation are creative mind, perseverance, self motivation, effective time management, and building on weaknesses. A creative mind allows for initiative ways to comprehending issues and topics. Perseverance is that persistence to stay on course despite difficulties. Self motivation helps me to stay focus, on course, and to empower myself over different emotions. Effective time management comes from the carpenter's rule "Measure twice, cut once". Meaning to think things through, plan for success, and make realistic goals. Building on weaknesses allows for me to constantly be in a construction zone strengthens on weak areas of my life.
The five items that would indicate to the interviewer that I am prepared to succeed in any field are varied and motivating. The first event would be walking to first job for five miles for six months to earn money for first car. Providing for family of five, by myself, on three different jobs so that wife could earn college degree. Thirdly, never missing Sunday services or any days from work during period of time of being sole provider of my family. Despite a horrible, bitter divorce still having a lovable nature within to help others. Lastly, running a effecient department without any training or knowledge of the department before the death of the longtime manager. The events and lifechanges above qualify me to be or do anything that is before me.
