Kudler fine foods will be identified as Kudler is an organization that provides gourmet foods. They currently have three locations in the Southern California area. An over view of the organization needs to be done in order to decide what area needs improvement. Once identified, the presentation will cover the areas that are in need of the new positions to facilitate the organization enhancements for future growth and stability. Kudler has realized that updated technology if a requirement for the organization. In order to maintain their position in the gourmet food industry a comparison of status and future growth opportunity must be completed.
A need has been identified to renovate the internet website currently in place for kudler. This project the image of the organization and in today’s market provides vital exposure to the customers. The website is very basic and offers a brief organization overview, store locations, operating hours for each location and a list of the type of products offered by kudler. A more user friendly website will bring more customers. Kudler needs to create an internet marketing team that understands the future needs required for the organization to grow. An organization can provide first class innovation and technology and still fail to attract business by not meeting customers overall needs.   This will require the recruitment of new employees with emphasis on particular needs directly related to internet marketing projects. This team will be directly supervised by the president of the organization. This team will need to be hire in two parts.
The team will include a first line manager, a marketing representative, a web designer which will be hired initially to start the project. After the project has been implemented, 1 customer service representative will be hire and the second customer service representative will be hire once the need to meet customer demand.
