Abstract

This case analysis was done to evaluate the current Global Innovation Process of Virtusa. It is an in-house developed process which includes several other industry standards as well. Their main aim is to increase their delivery excellence from this new GIP. Here the reasons for the initiative, objectives of implementation, and the key elements of the newly implemented GIP will be discussed.

Further the functional areas, Key Players of the project will be identified in detail. Also the resistance to change and change management strategies, the situation prior and following to the implementation will be discussed further.
