The implementations of development plan are visible in every society. As mention previously, that this country was experiencing poverty, it is also predetermined that each society is also aiming for development. These development plans are of help on alleviating each society from having difficult circumstances. And through good governance, this country might capable to be illuminated. Moreover, this development plan is also dependent to the people. The implementation of development plan depends on how people/responsible authority find ways for its implementation. And as stated that this development plan are of help for attaining progress, it can also be considered that through participatory people, human and resources coordination, and the desire of officials for progress are also of help for attaining development. Thus, human and resources coordination lead to an effective development. Yet, the implementation of development plan for every society is vital.
