The causes and affects of abortion

This paper is being written to help inform people about abortion, but at the same time show you what it is, how it’s done, and why it should be stopped or at least sharply restricted.
Abortion by definition is: the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy (www.dictionary.com, 5). This means that the growing baby inside the women is taken out of the woman by an operation performed by a doctor using a series of eleven different methods ranging from suction tubes (sucking the baby out through a tube and collapsing the skull so it can be removed) to other various methods such as a Saline Abortion (amniotic fluid is removed and replaced with a concentrated salt solution. The unborn child swallows the saline solutions and is poisoned by it (www.pregnancycenters.org, 4)

Both sides of the issue
There is always more then two sides to a debate, but here are the most popular and well known sides of the Abortion debate. First there is the pro-life side that says that abortion is wrong because it creates a lot of pain for the baby while the abortion takes place and the baby inside the women’s womb is a living, dreaming, even laughing human being. He or she can have a different DNA than that of its mother and still in the womb is protected by the unalienable rights, of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness it should have a right to life. Second, there’s the pro-choice side that says the so called baby is not a baby, its’ a blob of tissue and the mother of the “blob” should have the choice of whether or not she wants to continue the pregnancy or feels like its not the right time for a baby and wants to terminate the pregnancy, it is the...
