Introduction.
The first decade of new century in the international arena is marked by undoubted rise of new strong wave of Asian economies. China with one fifth of the world's population and unprecedented economical growth is at the top end of as the one the best performers in Asia and the second by GDP rate in the world, just after the US, leaving Japan and other European countries behind. China has been enjoying 9-10 per cent GDP rise annually on average since China's open door policy was started to be implemented by Deng's economical reforms back in 1978. There already have been strong inclinations and many forecasts over whether China will catch up with US GDP in terms of US dollars or even overtake it by as soon as 2025. At this stage China is in the middle the age of its industrial revolution and rising domestic industries effectively contribute towards continual economic growth what on other hand demand more raw materials and energy to bolster its expanding growth. At the moment China is relying largely on coal energy but we already can encounter signs how "oil is replacing coal in some industries because of coal’s low efficiency and negative environmental impacts" says Chinn (2011,Jan), "China’s demand for oil and gas is rising faster than its demand for coal. In order for more understanding in China's energy dilemma corporation Chevron predicts " China alone, increasingly prosperous citizens are projected to purchase more than 100 million new vehicles before 2020. (2010, March). And these are one of many notable signs of future China's domestic energy shifts from coal to oil consumption. China, once one of the largest oil exporters in Asia ,now imports more than 52 percent of its crude oil what puts enormous pressure on Chinese government to search for needed recourses in order to satisfy its countries new oil...
