1. CheckPoint: Three Day Diet Analysis

I am going to be completely honest. I do not eat well at all.
Since I begun this class I am starting to work on eating better. I skip meals everyday. Just learning in the first chapter I should not skip breakfast. That will make you eat more during the day. This is true for me by lunchtime I am starving and stuffing my face as much as possible.
I need to eat more meat, veggies, fruit, and grain. I am a sugar person. I am not fat but I always thought to skip meals it would be better for you. But I am learning just in these few chapters that it is not good to skip meals. I just need to eat the right things.
Just today March 3, 2011, I have been working on eating better. I started to look at the labels. When I was hungry I snacked on bananas. Not cookies, or things I can find sugary.
