Healthful Eating

By   approximately 2020, about 157 million Americans will be affected by chronic illness due to not eating healthly.First I will show causes of why eating healthy can prevents and reduces the risks of developing chronic illness like obesity ,heart disease, and diabetes, I know that these illness can attack people at any age, and ethnic background. Secondly I will break down the causes and course of the symptoms that will break down the positive side and the negative side. With nutrition being important for the body we would have to eat a variety of foods that are healthy to get the essential nutrients. I will show some example of why nutrition is important? Like why a body cannot function without it. Thirdly I will show how being educate about any condition will give he ,or she support it might be a treatment program of just a group setting to discuss how everyone is progressing. Lastly will be how eating healthful can cut down on health costs, and about getting on a food pyramid planner, and discussing how physical activities is needed.


By 2020, about 157 million Americans will be affected by chronic illness, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. That number is projected to increase by more than one percent per year by 2030, resulting in an estimated chronically ill population of 171million.
There are many types of illness that are chronic ,to name a few, obesity ,heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol ,hypertension, and lupus .Some chronic illnesses affect people of any age, or ethnic background, which others are more likely to appear in a particular age, or ethnic group.
Each with its own symptoms, causes, and course, some chronic illness symptoms are stabbing pains, headaches, aching muscles, joints, bones, fatigue and weakness. There are positive and negative symptoms that we can break down:
