When a Business is established they go through a phase of building up areas of the business as entrepreneurs they believe they can become both beneficial and cost effective. Club IT will renovate the interior of the building by having 600 square feet of dancing floor, seats for 220 customers, a kitchen for appetizers and a bar with pour stations to attract professionals, college students, tourists and travelers. The high ceilings and energy lights will provide a fun and energy environment (University of Phoenix 2010). The next step is to renovate their information technology resources so they can create a more proficient workplace. The mission of club IT would be found on the business website and reads “We Ruban and Lisa, can offer you live music, DJ, dance space and refreshments that will suit your lifestyle. You are friends and we are seeking to build a community that will meet regularly at Club IT” (Club IT, 2010). The business is growing fast and the objective of the owners will be to establish a regular group of customers so it will become a fan base and maybe through word of mouth it will bring more customers in to Club IT. The type of music that will be provided is, Techno, Hip-hop, and Electronic which a MP3 player is used also live music on weekend will be provided. The information shows that Club IT owners wants to appeal to individuals between the ages of 21 and 35 which is their primary clientele because of the choice of music. To update the information technology Club IT has both hardware and software upgrades that will be available to both them and their employees.
    The installation of a modern telecommunications would provide a wide range of options such as an automated response, FAX, call centers and conference calls.
