Coach Anthony Robert Deans
The coach studied and prepared hard for an upcoming event in which could launch his management career. After receiving negative feedback, he asked, what could he do better?
In response, I replied, “Anthony, your overwhelming excitement of your raise and upcoming positioning in management, caused you to lose sight of your fore mentioned etiquette. To imply about a female instructor having a few good ideas, leaving you surprised. Why? Women and men both equally have good ideas and business sense.â€
I went on to say, “Anthony, when writing in the forum, try using more complete phrasing with comments so the class can understand a thorough meaning.
Also, ask fellow classmates for their ideas, comments, and suggestions. I am sure they will be more than happy to assist. A broad spectrum of the comments seemed unclear and generalized. Subject topic should be directly to the point and focused.
Last, and most important; an apology, I believe, would go a long ways for you, to the female classmates that may have perceived a comment you made, negatively.
I believe implementing these ideas will help to receive a more positive audience and feedback from classmates.
I hope this has been a learning experience that will help you in the future.â€
