Mr. Taylor we have an opportunity to add a beneficial service to River View Plaza, a café/catering service.   Since the space is available in the building, this service will benefit all the business and generate revenue from outside River View Plaza.
Monroe’s café/catering service is an established company with a generous following already, which is why they are looking to expand.   This company has an outstanding record with the health department and the Better business bureau.   If the location for their space was on the bottom floor, it will not interfere with the other business in the building. This will also offer an alternative option for the employees of the building other than the break room.   The catering service will thrive, since there are no other services of that nature in the area.   The customers will be building a profit for the café, and the catering service can be used for all the business meetings or conferences that occur at a discounted price they are willing to offer us.   The employees who currently work in the River view Plaza building no longer have to waste their lunch hour looking for a local place to eat either, they can go straight to the café.  
Monroe’s café/catering service will increase efficiency to all the businesses in the building by offering a getaway to relax and rejuvenate, while adding no cost to any of us from our bottom line.   It will also offer an opportunity for future business owners to see that The River View Plaza would be the perfect place to rent space available in the building because of the options we have available to them.
