The tutorials and guide will help as well. The focuses with them are to help format essays, reports and all other writing skills. There is also another link to the University Library that will do online searches. When searching for key information or articles, the user friendly article databases will guide best. In doing searches in this engine we can specify if we want it peer review or even if we want the full text or a condensed version. Using the peer reviewed articles, are geared towards academic research as opposed to those that are not. The facts are there and the sources have been cited.

Upholding Academic Honesty
Academic honesty is something to be taken very seriously. The best way to avoid this situation is to submit one’s own homework. Plagiarism is taken very seriously in an academic setting. If we are not sure about our work, submit the paper to the plagiarism checker. When doing a paper and using the words of another person as a source, we must paraphrase, cite and document their contribution to our paper. The same rules apply to self-plagiarism. Just because we wrote it previously, does not mean it is not plagiarism. If there are quotes please be sure to use proper punctuation.
