Document design – Technic – reasoning for choosing this one is, it is a technical style, simple, easy on the eyes, and easy to comprehend with the fonts, colors and nothing contrasts, so would be easy to read information being presented.

Layout – The layout of the presentation will be varied throughout the whole document, due to changing topics, to include pictures, both animated and non, and videos, charts, etc.   I plan on equalizing both visual aids as well as information, so the layout will be constantly changing.

Template – I’ve chosen the Wide Screen Template, for its ability to show both information and visual aids without being   cramped or difficult to read for the audience.  

Font – Technic – goes well with the document design and theme, crisp and easy to read for the audience.   And is not a distraction for the audience.   Keeping them focused on the message being delivered, not trying to read or comprehend the words of it.

Colors – The Flow color concept is my choice for this presentation, soft, calming and easy on the eyes, again its not distracting contrast of colors and not difficult to read.

Graphics – I’m planning on using multiple graphics, to include Videos, Animated pictures, graphs, and pictures.   Using all these different options of visual aids, will insure multiple different of Audience will grasp the message and understand, through all the different variations of Visual Aides are being used.
