Islam, as we all know by now, was born in the 7th century in Mecca. It was founded by the religion’s last prophet: Muhammad. Very soon after its creation, the Muslim religion saw an incredible growth in few years. Nowadays, Islam is the second biggest religion in the world after Christians, with over 20% of the World population being Muslims. Today Islam is found on each continent and in almost every country. People who migrated from Muslim countries to the west, east, north, and south are the major reason for this spread, although converts are another reason. They make the population on the non-Muslim countries. In the following research paper, we will describe and analyze the Muslim population in some part of the world. First, we will look at Asia with Pakistan and Indonesia. Then, we will go over the middle-east with Iran. And finally, we will go over Islam in America and Western Europe. I will first give a brief history of the spread of Islam in that country, and then we will describe how this country accepts Islam, and how it is practiced through their government. All the answers of those questions will help us figure out if Muslim throughout the world live under the same rules, or live the same lives. In what they differ, basing the research on those few countries.
