A. Reasons for Undertaking Research
In their certain period of age teenagers start to change their conception about life and its rules. Teens face up many influences of cruel life and it makes them to be confused. Previous statement can be proved by mistakes that teens make despite their young ages. The grouped fighting among neighborhood teenagers or conflicts among students from different cities are difficult to avoid nowadays. It is apparently perceptible that this offence activity is increasing year by year. Referring to this problem Moldahmetov discusses the rate of crimes made by teenagers. According to him the number of the crimes made by teenagers of Almaty, grows every day. For 9 months of this year by courts of only one Bostandyk area had been considered 15 criminal cases concerning 15 minors, 10 from them have received verdicts.
Here the worse thing is, that by the passage of time consequences are becoming more horrible. If at the earlier years this sort of conflicts could be settled only with fighting and injuries than nowadays it cannot just pass without skirmish and even murder. Baranovskii (2007) discusses the event where police officers have discovered pomegranate F-1 while checking one of the authorities namely leaders who create such crimes in Taraz . Many people suffer from this, those who create conflicts sometimes end up in prison and others fork out to extinguish their fault or spend a lot of money to avoid prison. On the other hand, many parents suffer from this, when children gets different types of injuries and find themselves in hospital.
The main purpose research is to prevent the continuation of above-mentioned problems. Also, in order to help parents with useful advices the main target will be studied from sources were conflicts are being created; all questions and the reasons should be investigated thoroughly.
