I believe the key issue in the comic strip is the struggle of being pressured by a friend to do something you know is wrong and choosing the right thing to do. And also when money is involved that always adds to the pressure of making the right choice.
I believe Anta does suspend her judgment before taking her position on this issue. She seems very inquisitive on how the other employees can get the extra money and does not tell her friend that she thinks what she is doing is wrong, Anita should have stood up and told her friend that what she has done is very wrong and dishonest then maybe tried to convince her to go to human resources and come clean on this issue.
I believe Anita came to her decision based on her moral values, it seems that she was struggling very hard with the decision and not taking her friend up on the proposal of adding to her check ultimately Anita made the correct moral decision.
She made a decision and also took action. She made the moral decision to report her friend and then followed through with action by calling HR and informing them of the issue.


Well in my position with the company I work for I and another co-worker have access to all computers on our network including accounting servers and one time we came across pornographic material on an accounting server and after digging into it we discovered who had put the images on that server. I immediately said we have to turn this in and my co-worker said no the person can lose their job and get a bad reputation and we should just delete the images and move on. I told him no we have to turn this in and I believe after seeing my conviction on the issue my-coworker finally agreed so we turned the information in. And yes the individual was fired from their job. But in the end my co-worker and I felt good about our decision it was the right and moral thing to do.
