Decisions In Paradise

Paradise in earth is what all of us dream about, with a great relationship and a great career to follow after finishing your degree. It seems that all of us work for this for a very long time and we never see it happen. Well things did come true for Nik, a few weeks passed after finishing his degree and he landed a good job in a solid organization with great potential. He also reconnected with old friends that seem to be the love of his life; things couldn’t get any better for Nik except for trying to get his dog Leonard housebroken. The first assignment that Nik needed to complete for his new organization was that he needed to travel to another part of the world the island of Kava which is located in the South Pacific. Nik pictured Kava to be paradise with white beaches, swaying palm trees, and tropical breeze blowing softly perfectly until he landed at his destination to meet his new boss Alex and found Kava to be a mess.
Assuming the role of Nik, when I landed at my location and all I found was a mess all over including my ride from the airport to my new organization home base. Meeting my new boss was very awkward and interesting at the same time. We both agree that we did not look how we picture each other, I did learned that my new boss Alex loved   metaphors and knew that I would hear a lot more to come. After our awkward introduction Alex began to give me some background about Kava. Alex mentioned that 50% of the population of Kava are under the age of 15, and about the different ethnic mixes which involve many different people even Americans. With different ethnicity come different religions beliefs and languages that made Kava a very diverse place.
I also learned about the economy of Kava which includes: Petroleum, coffee, cocoa, spices, bananas, sugar, tourism, fishing, and natural gas, as well as inexpensive, quality labor. Consequently, I found out the reason why Kava was such a mess. It seems that several disasters threats occur from tsunami,...
