Describe A New Place

Out of all the places I have traveled to, Las Vegas was the most memorable and shocking place I have ever been to. I went to Vegas with my friends for one of my friend's 21st birthday. The first thing we did was check-in to our hotel. We stayed at the Imperial Palace (which was a bad idea) and our room was not overwhelming. Looked like an old motel with white drapes that faded to yellow, the walls were a light brown like a piece of plywood. Later on that night, we went to go eat at the Rio Buffet and “Oh my god!”this place had a lot of variety of different kind of food. They had ribs, prime-rib, sushi, Alaskan King crab legs, and whole lot of other good food. When I first bit into my medium-rare prime-rib, I felt like I was in heaven. The prime-rib was juicy and full of flavor that you can taste the char from the grill and every bite was like cutting butter with a hot knife. After we ate, we walked down to the Rio's gambling area and it smelled like cigarettes! People were smoking everywhere and also a lot of alcohol consumption. Walking towards the gambling area, you can hear a lot of rings, buttons being smashed, people talking, and laughing because of all the slot machines. We then drove back to our friend's hotel which was at the Caesar's Palace. This place was full of marble from head to toe. We walked out and began our journey on the strip of Las Vegas. We saw a lot of flashing white, blue, red, yellow, lights everywhere we looked. You can also see the Luxor Hotel's beam of light that shoots up towards the sky that resembles a UFO capturing a human being. There were a lot of neon light's too, people handing out escort fliers to tourists and so on. I would tell you more about the trip but all that was left was the X-Rated part of the trip. My time in Vegas made me happy and really want to go back. The only thing I regret is wasting my money on gambling and strippers.
