Introduction
When Disney Company and other multinational companies went global, there were effects of cultural differences, dimensions and attitudes that came up. Scientists and observers came out and with their own set of discoveries and observations. The main cultural difference came up when workers of different countries came to work together on one project and conflict arose between them. From these observers and scientist, a Dutch sociologist, Gerald Hofstede came up with his great study called Greet Hofstede’s cultural dimensions which laid stress on several aspects that caused cultural difference between the French and United States. Hofstede came up with five aspects that included power distance index, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance index, and long term orientation. This paper focuses on the cultural differences on the cultural difference between employees of Euro Disneyland particularly France. The paper further elaborates on Trompenaars’ research on organizational culture helped to explain the cultural differences. Disneyland made grieve mistakes and certainly had lessons to learn from it their operations.

According to the provided Euro Disney case study, the main cultural dimensions between France and the United States are mainly individualism, low masculinity in French culture, centralized power structures and the strong uncertainty avoidance.
