The Doctors Without Borders organization with their lifesaving performances and various deeds relieve suffering and pain in underdeveloped and impoverished countries. Anywhere around the world or at any given time of the day, humanitarians provide emergency care and protection to people in dangerous territories ("Activities"). This international organization provides emergency medical care to people suffering from natural or societal disasters. They also seek to focus on media attention on problems in the areas where they serve (Lusted 40). With this aid they are restoring the ability of the suffering to rebuild their lives and communities.
Volunteers of the organization maintain the most vital component with their efforts in medical treatment, sanitation of water and sheltering. They provide medical care to refugees and internally displaced people who have fled to camps and other temporary shelters. Teams of people visit various areas where endangered or hurt victims are in need of help ("Doctors Without Borders"). Medical volunteers include physicians, surgeons, nurses, and various other specialists, all of whom usually have training in tropical medicine and epidemiology. Qualified professionals like the researchers, medical practitioners, and pharmacists all work together to provide medical care and explore alternative ways of giving medicine ("About Us: Activities"). In addition to operating the medical and nutrition components of the field mission, these volunteers are sometimes in charge of a group of local medical staff and provide training for them. Participants can not take any part of religious, political or governmental interest for the reason that they could become biased, but should be fair and impartial ("About Us: History"). Humanitarians work independently of any agendas which helps much work together within the organization.
