Elevating Job Performance Through Motivation

Organizations in today’s economy are heavily based on the ability to provide an atmosphere where motivation is encouraged amongst all employees.   Culture, Ethics and Motivation are all important structures of a high performance organization.   Management is continually looking for support in finding ways to help motivate their employees through training, evaluations of job satisfaction and promotions.   Questions of what really motivates an individual and how to support those principles is an ongoing study as companies learn how to elevate performance and productivity.
At XYZ Company, several ongoing mentoring programs are intact in order to keep the management team in alliance with employees.   One method of encouraging self motivation is through annual personal assessments each employee must complete.   This gives employees a chance to set personal and business goals and have a way to track progress.   Once the report is completed by the employee, management reviews and really gets involved in assisting with adjustments and comments.   This gives an employee a sense of empowerment over their own progress and goal accomplishments.
Growth in areas of education is another method of encouraging employee motivation at XYZ Company.   Real Estate related coursework and licensing is encouraged and paid for by the company.   Seminars that relate to individual titles are also offered to assist an employee to learn more about certain job functions and to continually strive to be better.   Corporate XYZ Company also offers a tuition reimbursement program paying up to $5,000 a year to those employees interested in continuing educational experience.   Having educational experience gives an individual the tool of knowledge and will create a sense of self worth and confidence in his or her role within a company.
