The preparation of an alternative dispute resolution clause, used by a learning team in order to solve any disagreements between the team members, would be as follows:
In case of a disagreement among learning team members, a peer review will be presented, where all members will meet to discuss the disagreement and try to come to a resolution.   If an agreement is not present, mediation will be present where all members shall meet with the professor as the mediator who will then listen to all parties and work with the members to reach an agreement.  
Most disagreements will fall within the first ADR clause, peer review.   Whenever a member of the learning team is in disagreement with a project, all members of the learning team must get together to resolve the situation.   The peers must review the assigned work and analyze the opinions each member has towards the work.   Team members must try to come to an agreement with the work in order to achieve a mutual goal: to learn and reach passing grades on our MBA.
If an agreement is not reached for any reasons, then the team must work on the next step which is mediation.   The team will get together with a mediator, in this case the professor for the class.   The mediator will listen to all point of views and work with the members in order to reach a common ground.   Such common ground is vital for the class and for all members in the learning team.
