IASB and FASB working for Compliance

Both the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) are similar because both set to provide guidance on accounting standards.   Worldwide business is happening, and foreign transactions are happening every day.   Creating a worldwide standard for accounting is needed because the FASB, for example governs the United States accounting pronouncements, which does not encompass the complexities of global business. The IASB, on the other hand is a collection of accounting professionals around the world with experience of the global market.
The IASB is a subsection of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) that is starting to establish the globally acceptable accounting standards.   “The IASB is the independent standard-setting body of the IFRS Foundation. Its members (currently 15 full-time members) are responsible for the development and publication of IFRSs, including the IFRS for SMEs and for approving Interpretations of IFRSs as developed by the IFRS Interpretations Committee (formerly called the IFRIC). All meetings of the IASB are held in public and webcast” (IFRS main website).  
The IASB has the most amount of pressure on it to converge the accounting standards and laws of every nation.   The IASB needs to perform an auditing technique of sampling because many industrious countries have long set accounting pronouncements to test because the IASB is also cognizant that each country values their own methods.   In addition, if one new accounting law is put into place in lieu of the different ones exist today, educating current and future professionals is mandatory.  

The IASB also needs to facilitate negotiation of all the G2 countries to agree on a similar set of accounting laws.   With the absence of negotiations, this will undoubtedly will fail.   Accounting is the backbone of every entity and government....
