Analysis of a Footballer's Performance (Self)
Strengths
I believe that a good player is a mobile player on the field. Mobility is essential to most positions in football in which it's required to cover a lot of ground. Even when i am not in control of the ball, i will still be chasing after it trying to put the opposition under pressure in order for them to lose possesion. I have a good tempo at understanding situations in a game as in when to support a team mate by creating room or when to move forward or backward in anticipation.
When we are facing a team that look quite big or good compared to ours i have the mental strength and tenacity to continue to push against a stronger opponent even if we can't find the net i believe urging my team mates to carry on does help and negative remarks only put players down. These are key elements when it comes to being in the leadership role of captain. I try to play with passion, persistence and a lot of desire which keep my stamina levels on target to survive a whole 90mintues on the pitch. I am very quick and fast paced on the ball and always like to give my opponents a good run. My explosive outbursts of speed definitely catch my opponents off on a tangent as i constantly chase after possesion and break past players with the ball sprinting down the wing sometimes eventually crossing the ball into the box.

Weaknesses
i would say one of my few weaknesses is my lack of aggressiveness because in a forward position a player must constantly push forward and apply pressure. I don't have the tendancy at times to attack the goal and score but instead choose to pass the ball to another player. My consistency is not a strength as i don't always gain control of the ball and move it into the opponents half but sometimes lose the ball to opponents. At the start of games it takes me about 5 to 15 minutes to get into the game which is a weakness because the opponents team could very well be ready the minute that whistle blows and...
