Gothic Story

A mothers killing touch
   
    It was a day, not like any normal day. A day in which Angeline’s life changed forever, and so did her mother’s, Alias, her murderer.                                                                                    
      She may sound like a bad person to you, but you don’t know her side of the story. She lives alone, and was having to raise Angeline all by herself. Plus she had to deal with schizophrenia, a mental disease in which she saw unreal hallucinations, which meant she was also partly mad. Other than that she was your average everyday mother, raising an average child. They lived in a mansion, inherited from the father who died in a car crash. He didn’t have much money, so what they inherited off him didn’t help their poor living condition. They lived in a small cottage, about 100 years old, in the middle of an isolated field, with several others surrounding them, but most of the locals were old, and not very friendly...
      Angeline would receive several beatings from her mother, and sometimes her mother wouldn’t look at her for DAYS, thinking that she was some sort of evil creature; her schizophrenia was a very serious case. Like any normal child Angeline would always get angry, but with a disease like that, you’ve got to learn to love. But sometimes it got a bit out of hand, especially on this one occasion.
    It was a dark and gloomy night, with the brisk December winds blowing through the eerie fields of York, making the grass swish back and forth as the pitter patter of the raindrops drummed a beat on the windowsill. Drip, drop, drip, drop...Angeline headed over to her mother’s room to give her the medication, but she didn’t seem exactly normal.
“It’s you again, that evil beast, that monster! Get away from me!” This wasn’t normal for Angeline; her mother’s hallucinations wouldn’t be so out of hand.
