Healthy Eating Plan
  * As documented in my diary check point my current eating habits are not very good. I eat the unhealthiest foods that there are. My diet is not too good compared to the pyramid. I did not even eat half of the needed amount of anything. In the diary check point pyramid I consumed in a 3 day period 1.6 cups of milk, 4.1 oz of mean and beans, 0.7 cups of vegetables, 0 cups of fruit, and 4.4 oz of grains. They suggest that I eat 1.5 cups of dark green veggies, 5.5 cups of orange veggies, 1.5 cups of dry beans and peas, 5 cups of starchy veggies, and 4 cups of other veggies. It explains that I should aim for 5 teaspoons of oil per a day, and to limit my empty calories to 160 or less. Going into depth on each subject, under the grains it tells me to make at least half of my grain intake whole grains as I talked about earlier. Under vegetables it says to...
