It’s always hard to brainstorm ideas and put them in the correct words on a piece of paper. In middle school writing an essay was a major grade, more likely it would be a project for the six weeks. Also what I remember is that everybody would be bragging because three pages was a lot. Now that I’m in writing composition it turns out that every two weeks we need to turn in a four page essay. It’s always good to know what you are going to write about. You could begin by doing searches on the Internet about your topic to familiarize yourself about what are you going to write about. If you’re doing a research paper don’t just search the topic on the internet. Remember that a research paper using only Internet sources is a weak paper. It would be better if you utilize better information for example from more academic sources. Whenever your reading about your topic keep a piece of paper and pen so you could write down quotations you find. Make sure you write down the source and quotations accurately, remember it’s illegal to plagiarize. If you searching through the internet make sure that the site your gathering information from has quality. In other words avoid blog pages, free-essay pages for example wikipidia.com. Also pay attention to the domain types. The domain type says a lot about the online page, for example a .org would be a most reliable page from the .com page.
