Our company is a group of businesses working together to provide a promise of protection and peace of mind. We provide insurance and financial services. Our dynamic team members allow us to build trust, share knowledge, and maintain financial honesty with our customers and with our business partners.
Executive Summary

Our goal as a business is to improve overall company performance by managing time and resources appropriately. Our goal as a service provider is to provide clients with quality insurance and financial options. As aforementioned our team allows us to reach our goals. However, our team would not be what it is without Human Resources (HR).   HR provides plans that allow us to analyze current and open jobs, choose methods to recruit employees, decide on orientation material, and provide training and development for employees.   As a job becomes more complicated and involves more duties HR is responsible for providing a description of the specified job and a profile for possible candidates. Once a candidate becomes an employee he or she can stat the orientation process which provides an overview of company policies, employee rights, compensation and incentives, as well as employee expectations. An employee is provided options for training and advancement. HR aligns all of the components in our business, like the job opportunities with rewards and incentives or the design of the job system to allow employees to give and get constructive feedback on their performance, so that we can run smoothly and effectively towards fulfilling the strategic plan and objectives.
