Identity Perseverance

Identity Perseverance
Perseverance: a steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, esp. in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.
“Here we go another boring art museum.” I said to myself as I walked toward the building of the Speed Art Museum. Our class is meeting here today to take a tour, and eventually write a paper about it. As I walk into the building I find my class. We wait for the others to arrive. When they finally arrive we begin out tour.   As I walked along looking at hundreds of paintings, sculptures, and collections, listening to this boring tour guide talk about every single piece of art, I think to myself, “I’m never going to find one that interests me.” I soon get very bored listening to some old lady talk about art and take a step out of the room for a second. A very strong and determined look stuck on this man’s face, but what were the chains there for. I look deeper into the sculpture; I notice that this man has no body. There is nothing there but a face and two hands tied with chains. The texture is made of plaster, wood, and iron, but then I notice something very strong.
When I look...
