Abstract
The extent of this essay is a high level description on the writer and respondent behaviors with a compare and contrast layout.   Exacting stress is to be found on the expansion of detailed behavior qualities and manners.   Factors designed to contain early relations, knowledge, and the power of gender and background.   Further matters contain an assessment of education manner, fundamental against extrinsic inspiration, and learning practice.   Myers-Briggs information is not included as the respondent had not taken the examination.
















My interviewee was David Sibley, a youth friend who went to the same schools as I did, and is the same age as me.   He is presently working full time with a center on improvement through knowledge, whereas I wish to jump start my profession with a degree.   We have an incredibly close affiliation, so he was relaxed and outspoken throughout the interview.   I was conscientious that in spite of how well we got along we do contain different character.   The interview exposed this in even more aspect, mostly on the theme of education methods, even though it demonstrated our outlooks are rather related as the outcome of the interview will exhibit.
The primary subject I determined upon was early incidents contributing to qualities, so that our discussion would develop in a generally sequential order.   The first important event that transpired to David was the separation of his parents while he was nine.   The separation was very disturbing as it was predicated by David’s father carrying on a lengthy affair with his mother's best friend.   An additional significant occurrence included watching his stay at home mother manage a business and studied all evening for a business degree so she may perhaps become more self sufficient.   He also remembered having a crush on his first grade instructor who compassionately took him out to eat and attended his birthday parties.   The outcome of these and other early...
